The User Admin dialogue gives system administrators the ability add and maintain Office users in a single place.
- In the left navigation, click on the More Options icon.
- The More Options menu opens. Choose the User Admin option.
- The Users dialogue opens in a PowerGrid format, displaying the following options:
a. Filter: Use the filter to limit the users displayed in the PowerGrid by User Status, Resource Type, Security Role, Record Changed/Created Dates, Organization, Supervisor, User, Skills, and/or Partner. b. Group: As in other PowerGrids, records in the User Admin dialogue can be grouped by Organization, Resource Type, Security Role, Partner, or Supervisor. c. Columns: Columns displayed in this view can be added or removed using this dropdown. Columns can be reorganized by dragging and dropping column headers. Data can be sorted as well, by clicking on the column header that will determine sort order. d. More Options: This menu features options to reset column widths, export the current data set to a .csv document, or to print to PDF. e. User Locked Out: If a user has exceeded the number of allowed failed log-in attempts, they will be unable to log in, and a "lock" icon will appear in this column. To restore the user's ability to log in, click on the Lock icon, then click Save. f. User Record: Every user who has an account in Office will appear in this listing. Data in these fields can be edited as if it were a spreadsheet by administrators. g. Status: Active users are able to log into Office, inactive users are not. Click this toggle to change a user's status. h. Invite: Once a user has been added to Office a paper airplane icon will appear in this column. To send the user an email invite, click on this icon. Once a user has been invited via email, this column will display an envelope icon. i. Confirmed: Users who have accepted their invitation to Office will display a checkmark in this column. Users who have not yet accepted the invitation will display an hourglass icon. j. Add User: Click this "+" button to add a new user to Office.
