Office has several options that allow you to customize your user interface, including color theme, language, and default country.
- To modify your interface preferences, click on the More Options icon in the Homescreen's left navigation.
- The More Options menu opens. Click on Interface Preferences in the menu.
- The Preferences dialogue opens. Use the dropdown menus to change selections for the color theme (the colors displayed in Office's interface), the language (changes all words in the application's interface to the chosen language, but does not change data), and/or the default country.
- Once changes have been selected, click the Apply button to save changes, or the Cancel button to exit.
- If changes are being applied, you will be prompted to refresh your view for updates to be reflected in the interface. You may click the Yes button to refresh now. If the No button is clicked, the changes will be reflected the next time you refresh or log into Office.
