Removed “All Projects” as the default selection for Labor Time Log Detail Report
By Default the selection option will now show “Select Project”
All Projects option is still available but at the bottom of the project selection list
Includes validation that a project or all projects must be selected to run
General Fixes/Enhancements
New options for Project % Complete Method
We added a new Project % Complete method: Weighted Percent Complete. Instead of averaging task percentages equally, this method weights each task by its estimated effort (hours). The result is a more accurate view of overall progress—large, high-effort tasks contribute proportionally more than small tasks
Calculation Logic
Sum of work complete (based on Work Estimate and % complete on the task) / Total Work Estimate
Example: Work Complete (22) / Total Work Estimate (122) = 18% Complete
This can be selected at the project level and set as an enterprise default value for new projects
General Fixes/Enhancements
Fixed an issue when Task Dashboards were exported, the task descriptions were being cut off
When exporting grids from SCO, files will now be downloaded into XLSX format instead of the old XLS format

Performance Improvement for Portfolio Load times
The FE now builds out the Projects phase tree instead of the server (receives a lite phase list from the BE and builds out the structure). This reduces the wait times for portfolio to load
Corrected an issue where a race condition occurred when saving incorrect dashboard types (this was preventing portfolio dashboards from loading in rare cases)
