Bid Import Template Changes- Cost Code Input
Cost Code input is now Cost Code Number only. We have added into the lookup table the full name beside the cost code number so that users can cross reference if needed. The Lookup table has kept the “-” next to the name to show the lineage of the Cost Code Group.
-
Users can copy/paste values into the cells and if the value is correct will be imported successfully. Any manual typing of values will throw the standard validation errors. Errors have also been changed to reference incorrect cost code input on just the numbers vs full number and name.

QuickBooks IIF Export-Customer Project Name Change
We have adjusted the Quickbooks IIF file export method for how Customer Project is constructed.
Historically, the Quickbooks customer/project name is being driven on the Project Name (enforcing the client to put the Project Name and Customer Name).
The request is to utilize the Customer assigned to the project to assemble the customer project name [Customer Name on the Project : Project Name]. If not customer is assigned, only provide the project name
When a customer is assigned to the project it will be appended to the front of the Project Name
-
If no customer is on the project, only project name will be displayed in the “Job” column
