10/31/2025- Improvements to Time Clock and Reports

【Improvement】【Time Clock】Show Other Tasks and have it expandable, but hidden in default. Other tasks (only “not started” tasks; blocked, canceled, and completed tasks are excluded) are displayed in a collapsible format. By default, it is displayed in a collapsed state and can also be searched using filters. The name of the collapsible area is “Not Started”. Additionally, when showing filtering result, “Not Started” section is automatically expanded.

【Improvement】【Reports】Outage Countermeasures Background of the system shutdown: It is presumed that a user executed the Labor Time Log Detail report three times with “All Projects” and “All Time” selected, outputting over 10,000 records. This caused CPU usage to reach 100%, leading to the system shutdown. As countermeasures, we reviewed the output conditions for Labor Time Log Detail report and implemented the following: 

・Changed the default project selection from “All Projects” to “Currently Selected Project”. 

・Changed the default time period selection from “All Time” to “This Month”. 

・Unified the display text color for period selection to match the font color (white) used for other items.
