Office's Task Dashboard view is highly customizable and allows the most critical data associated with SmartTasks to be viewed and monitored at a glance. Below is the standard dashboard layout with key features highlighted. All data associated with tasks--status, due date, time entries, etc. can be visualized in this dashboard.
a. | Dashboard Layout Toggle: Layouts are a way of organizing and grouping dashboard panels based on topic or business need. Use these arrows to toggle between these "pages" of the dashboard. |
b. | Dashboard Edit: Click this edit icon to change which dashboard panels are displayed, add new panels, edit panels, change how data about projects is visually communicated, and add new dashboard layouts. |
c. | Dashboard Panel Title: This text details what can be found in each panel of the dashboard. Text can be edited via the Dashboard Edit dialogue. |
d. | Task Counter: This number indicates the number of SmartTasks listed in this panel. In this example, there are 200 SmartTasks that meet this filter criteria. |
e. | Visualization Toggle: Click on this icon to change the format in which the data in this panel is displayed. In this example, the display would shift from a list to a chart. |
