Batch Deleting SmartTasks

NOTE: Use Caution when batch deleting tasks.  Once deleted, tasks cannot be restored.

1. Open a project. Click on the More Options icon in the main navigation.
   
2. Choose Batch Delete Tasks from the dropdown.
   
3. The project shifts into Batch Delete mode.
   
4. Select SmartTasks or phases to be deleted by clicking the Not Selected buttons individually for SmartTasks, or clicking Select all to delete all SmartTasks within a phase.
   
5. Click Continue to delete SmartTasks and/or phases.
   
6. The Batch Delete window opens.
   
7. Toggle Send Change Notifications to ON to deliver a notification of changes to the project’s team.
8. Click the Delete task(s) button to save changes.
