From the dashboard to be exported or printed, click the More Options icon in the upper left of the screen.
The More Options dropdown opens.
Select the Save to Image option to download the dashboard as a .jpg file. This is perfect for inclusion in presentations or reports.
Select the Save as PDF option to print the dashboard into a PDF format. From here it can easily be sent to a physical printer, or the file can be shared with the team as needed. This file type provides additional formatting options that are not available in saving the dashboard as an image.
The PDF Settings dialogue opens. Note that any data in a "grid format" within its panel will print all of the available rows (up to 200 pages), but will only print the columns that are displayed in the preview. In the example below, the Time Cards for Approval panel has data that extends beyond the first page and onto four additional pages.
The following settings can be modified:
Page Size: Choose from various page sizes.
Orientation: Select from landscape or portrait orientation.
Zoom Out: Adjust the zoom on the PDF to better-fit panels on PDF pages.
Quality: The quality (resolution) of the PDF can be toggled. Generally, higher quality is used when the PDF will be printed and a lower quality may be used if the PDF is to be shared via email to attain a smaller file size.
Show Page Number: Indicate whether page numbers should be shown, and where.
Show Date: Indicate whether the date should be shown, and where.
