- To publish a template to the library, first click to open.
- Click the Options button in the top left. The action options appear.
- Click Publish Template. The Publication options screen appears.
- Select the Publication Audience. Options include publishing to the selected team (Team) or to everyone (Global).
- Select the Team.
a. Click Select Team. The Select Team screen appears. b. Choose the relevant team for this template. By default, Office will select the team associated with the original SmartTask. This team will have viewing rights for this template. c. Click the Back arrow. - Enter keywords.
a. Click Enter Keywords. A blank window appears. b. Enter up to ten keywords users might use to find this SmartTask and separate each search term with a comma. c. Click OK. Keywords now appear in the field. - Click Copyright to enter any copyright information or dates.
- To allow this SmartTask to be republished, mark the Allow Re-Publication checkbox.
- To consent to Office's terms of use, mark the second checkbox.
- Review the selections made.
- Click Submit. A confirmation screen appears.
- Click OK.
